Set up with the Orbit app
Plug Orbit in, open the free Orbit app on iPhone or Android and hold your phone near the top. The app finds your Wi-Fi, tunes the speaker to the room and offers any updates.
Warranty and returns
Every Orbit and Orbit Mini has a two-year warranty. Returns are free for 30 days from delivery, and gift receipts extend that to 60. We keep spare parts for at least seven years.
Privacy and microphones
The switch on the back cuts power to the microphones. While they're off, the top ring shows an orange light. Voice recordings aren't stored unless you turn on history in the app, and you can delete it at any time.
